Operational Infrastructure for Global Teams

Build in any market. Operate with confidence.

RemoteDesk brings hiring, payroll, compliance, equipment, IT and local operations together through one accountable partner — so your team can start, work and grow without fragmented local vendors.

Built for founders without an ops or HR team — not for companies buying a new system of record. RemoteDesk's agents work inside the tools you already use, so there's nothing new to adopt and no ops hire to make.

Direct operations in core markets. Managed local delivery where confirmed. One accountable RemoteDesk owner.

Expansion is not one task

Hiring is only the beginning.

A signed employment contract does not make a regional team operational. Someone still needs to run payroll, manage statutory contributions, deliver equipment, configure access, coordinate workspace, support employees and close every thread at offboarding.

With RemoteDesk, the answer to “Who owns this?” is simple: we do.

1

Employ

Contracts, payroll, benefits and statutory obligations must work locally.

2

Equip

Devices need to be sourced, configured, delivered, supported and recovered.

3

Connect

Employees need approved access to the systems and tools your company depends on.

4

Operate

Local administration, vendors, workspace and employee issues require ongoing ownership.

The RemoteDesk Platform

One operating layer for your regional team.

Seven operating capability groups. Engage one, several, or the whole layer — and add more as your footprint grows.

The digital operating layer

See the operating view before you commit.

The Employer Portal puts your employees, payroll approvals, devices and documents in one view. Ten screens are clickable today with demo data — no form, no sales call.

  • Overview — team, approvals and activity in one view
  • Payroll approval — the itemized run you review and release
  • Device detail — serial, custody history and lifecycle state

Shown with demo data. The portal is in development; capabilities are released alongside service delivery — and its status is stated openly, here and in the demo.

Why RemoteDesk

Infrastructure, not another vendor.

1

Regional execution

Local work performed under the delivery model confirmed for each market — direct operations where we run local delivery, assessed structures elsewhere.

2

Operational completeness

Employment, payroll, equipment, IT and local operations coordinated together — not sold as disconnected line items.

3

Transition without lock-in

Start with EOR or a single service, then move to your own entity or another structure with continuity, not disruption.

4

A coordination layer, not another system to run

Enterprise HR/IT platforms assume you already have staff to configure and run them. RemoteDesk assumes you don't — our agents coordinate hiring, payroll and finance directly inside Slack, Lark or Teams, with founders approving what matters. No new system to learn, no ops hire to make.

A Typical Scope Comparison

Most providers manage one piece. RemoteDesk coordinates the operating system.

Actual service coverage varies by provider, market and contract. This comparison reflects common service models rather than every provider.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which regions does RemoteDesk support?

We run direct operations in our core markets and managed local delivery elsewhere, with growing coverage across markets and Latin America. For any market outside our current footprint, we assess structure, partners and scope before confirming delivery — coverage is always stated per market, never assumed.

Do we need a local entity?

Not necessarily. Many customers start through an employer-of-record structure and transition to their own entity later. During assessment we help you compare EOR, contractor and entity models for your situation; legal and tax advice should be confirmed with qualified local advisers.

Can we use only one RemoteDesk capability?

Yes. Hiring, payroll, equipment, IT and workspace can each be engaged separately. Most customers add capabilities over time as the team grows.

Can RemoteDesk work with our existing EOR or payroll provider?

Yes. We frequently provide equipment, IT and local operations alongside an existing employment provider — and can consolidate later if you choose to.

How quickly can we launch a new employee?

Timelines depend on the market, role and required setup. During assessment we give you a concrete plan covering contract, payroll registration, device delivery and access — designed around the employee’s start date.

Can RemoteDesk help us transition to our own entity?

Yes. Transition is a designed phase, not an exit problem: employee transfer, payroll cutover, contract coordination, equipment continuity and documentation are planned so operations continue without interruption.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing follows the scope you engage: per-employee fees for employment and payroll, and service fees for equipment, IT, workspace and operations. Costs are itemized so you always see what you are paying for.

How do you handle equipment at offboarding?

We collect the device, verify it against the asset register by serial number, run a documented wipe procedure and provide a written recovery report — so recovery is verifiable, not assumed.

How does RemoteDesk protect company data?

Access is provisioned on managed devices under your policies, covered by written data-handling agreements, and revoked at offboarding. Data-handling practices are designed around each market’s requirements and documented for your review.

Is RemoteDesk IT an employee monitoring product?

No. RemoteDesk IT manages devices and turns permitted work context into records the employee reviews first. Screenshots are off by default, keystrokes and message contents are never captured, and Private Mode is a core control — it is not hidden employee surveillance or automated productivity scoring.
